
The Pizzolato farm is located just north of Treviso within the DOC zone for several varieties, but their specialty is Prosecco. The family has worked in agriculture for five generations. Their devotion to tradition and harmony with the environment is evident, and the Pizzolato family began farming according to the biological farming laws in 1985.
Settimo Pizzolato and his team work with their own 58 hectares of land, and also collaborate with five other farmers of biologically grown grapes. The sparkling wine production is impressive, including DOC and IGT Prosecco, frizzante and spumante, Brut Chardonnay, and Rosé. The quality of wine, care for the environment, and charisma of the people make it a treat to work with this winery.
