Certain wines are best served at specific temperatures, but as a general rule red wine should be served around 60-65 º, white wine around 50-55 º, and sparkling wine at about 45º-50. The easiest way to achieve this:
Place red wine in the refrigerator about 20-30 minutes before serving
Remove white & sparkling wine from the refrigerator about 20-30 minutes before serving, depending on refrigerator temperature.
