Curatolo "Mulinea" Chardonnay
A fresh and crisp Chardonnay with nice fruit and cleansing acidity. With only 5% of the wine fermented in oak, there is a hint of butter but the true characteristics of the Chardonnay grape are allowed to shine through. A nice match for firm white-flesh fish, grilled shrimp, and shellfish.
