From the Roero winegrowing region, the Arneis grape makes an impressive white wine. A full bouquet of almond, apricot, pineapple, pear blossoms and a long, dry finish make this wine a beauty. It is a handcrafted, very small production wine from Vinchio Vaglio Serra. The Arneis grape is known to be a bit difficult to grow, making the end product all the more respected. It is sometimes referred to as Barolo Bianco. This is a full white wine that will take a well paired meal to new heights. Pair with seafood stew and other delicate fish and poultry dishes.
