Goretti "Il Santo" Vino Liquoroso
Goretti’s “Il Santo” is made in the dessert style of a Vin Santo but with 100% Grechetto grapes and no oak. The result is a delicious dessert wine with notes of rich honey and apricots with cream. It is sweet without being cloying and the full body is perfect for dipping your desserts into. “Il Santo” is perfect when paired with apricot tarts and pastries, and traditional Umbrian Tozzetti. Tozzetti is a similar to biscotti or Tuscany’s cantucci; a hard twice baked cookie meant for dipping in wine.
