This delicious Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend comes from one of the most prestigious regions of Italy: Tuscany’s
Bolgheri, where the “super-Tuscans” were born. Deep ruby red, with notes of currant, pomegranate, sweet spices, and
vanilla. Full and harmonious, soft, with a full structure. This wine is aged in second passage French oak barriques (the Arnione is placed in new French oak barriques only, and they are used once more for the Adèo). Campo alla Sughera is meticulously dedicated to quality. Their philosophy is to eliminate the introduction of foreign material in the wine, and treat it with great care from vine to bottle. To eliminate the potential for damage to the recently pressed juice in mechanical pumps, the winemakers use only gravity to fill first the maceration tanks, then the barriques. This is a state of the
art winery dedicated to producing the highest quality wines in the region.
