Collina Serragrilli "Serragrilli" Barbaresco
The Collina Serragrilli Barbaresco exhibits an unbelievable bouquet of brambly blackberry and the deep scent of an Alpine
evergreen forest. The Barbaresco “Serragrilli” is a delicate and complex wine. After fermentation, Serragrilli is aged in new French Oak Barriques for 18 months, with an additional 18 months in Slavonian Oak Casks. Another 8 months in the
bottle before release completes the refinement. One of the finest wines that we’ve had the pleasure to taste. Deep garnet in color, with complex notes of cassis, blackberries, black pepper, and raspberry jam. Warm and well balanced, with noble tannins and a long and delicious finish.
