Majnoni-Guicciardini Chianti DOCG Riserva
The Riserva is a full bodied Chianti. Aged in oak barriques for 12 months, this wine exhibits earth and cherry aromas with a hint of sweetness reminiscent of toasted marshmallows. Wonderful mouth feel with notes of vanilla interspersed with more traditional fruit forward flavors of Chianti. This is a serious Chianti that will continue to improve for at least the next 5 years. The Riserva is an excellent pair for grilled meats, veal, and well seasoned pasta dishes.
