Collina Serragrilli Dolcetto d'Alba
This is a serious Dolcetto with much more depth and complexity than most we find in the U.S. Released young, this wine needs at least 30 minutes of decanting to reach its full potential. An excellent match for pork and fowl with traditional Alba truffles.
